Spring/Summer 2010 Digital Prints - Stampe Digitali

Sulle passerelle abbiamo viste quelle che vengono definite Digital Prints, ovvero stampe che vengono manipolate digitalmente, Peter Pilotto e Mary Katrantzou vengono da una nuova generazione di stilisti che utilizzano grafiche computerizzate per aggiungere energia alle loro stampe.

Personalmente a me sono sempre piaciute le stampe anche se purtroppo le ho sempre indossate poco, come quelle di Pucci e Missoni per fare un esempio. Le normale stampe in questo caso vengono portate oltre, ed entrano in simbiosi con la nostra realta' corrente, una realta' computerizzata, tecnologica. La tecnologia l'abbiamo gia' vista influire sulla nostra musica e sull'arte contemporanea, sulla fotografia.. e ora sulla moda e sui tessuti.

Un mio consiglio su come indossare al meglio queste stampe e' quello di abbinarle sempre a forme semplici di vestito, vestiti squadradi, corti, minimal nella forma per essere poi riempite nel tessuto.

Trucco e Acconciature piu semplici possibili e non abbiate paura di mischiare stampe diverse! Non esistono regole! Indossare stampe colorate e' un modo per mettersi in mostra e attirare l'attenzione su di se, sopratutto se si indossano colori vibranti e contrasti cromatici!

On the Catwalks this season we have seen what are defined Digital Prints, prints that are manipulated digitaly, Peter Pilotto and Mary Katrantzou are from a new generation of designers that use computer graphics to add energy to their prints.

Personaly I have always liked prints even though unfortunatly I don't wear them often, Pucci and Missoni come to my mind in this moment. Normale prints are trasformed and brought into our current computerized e and technologic world. We have watched technology influence our music, our contempory art, our photography.. and now in fashion and in textures.

My tip is to combine the prints with simple and clean cut designs, shift dresses and tops.

Make-Up and Hair should be kept as simple as possible and don't be scared to mix different types of prints! There are no rules! Wearing colourful prints is a way to attract attention, especialy when worn in vibrant and contrasting colours!
